Question 1

What happens when I enter my URL?

Accepted Answer

We read your site, map your product to its niche and find the messages that already sell there. You get a free preview. No account needed. To see the full report and start creating ads, sign up and pick a plan.

Question 2

Who is this NOT for?

Accepted Answer

B2B companies selling to teams. Those buyers are mostly on paid ChatGPT plans, and paid plans don't see ads. If you sell to consumers, creators or prosumers, you're in the right place.

Question 3

Do I need to already run Meta ads?

Accepted Answer

No. We study the winners in your niche, not your ad account. You need a product and a URL.

Question 4

I sell more than one product. What do you analyze?

Accepted Answer

Your homepage's hero offer. Want another product or site covered? Growth and Scale include more websites.

Question 5

What counts as one ad creative?

Accepted Answer

One complete ChatGPT ad: headline, description, image concept, context hints and landing link. Your plan's monthly count resets each billing month. Unused creatives don't roll over.

Question 6

What does "managed campaign" mean?

Accepted Answer

We build everything — creatives, context hints, budget and schedule — and launch and run it in your OpenAI ad account. You don't approve anything. You see status, spend and results in your dashboard, and you can pause a campaign or request changes to any ad anytime.

Question 7

Who checks my ads?

Accepted Answer

Every ad is checked automatically against OpenAI's ad policies and our own rules (no unproven claims, no competitor names, no made-up facts) before it goes live. Our team monitors accounts and can pause or replace any ad. And you can request changes to any ad anytime.

Question 8

What do you need from me?

Accepted Answer

Your URL, a plan, a daily budget, and an invite: you add us as an Admin on your OpenAI ad account (about 10 minutes). We walk you through it during setup.

Question 9

How fast until my ads are live?

Accepted Answer

Your report and first ads are created automatically, usually within minutes of signing up. Your campaign launches once you connect your OpenAI ad account and OpenAI reviews the new campaign.

Question 10

What does the ad spend cost?

Accepted Answer

Ad spend is billed by OpenAI on your own OpenAI account. We never touch it. OpenAI's minimum is $25/day; we recommend $50–200/day to start, so there's enough traffic to learn which ads work. Your SecondWin plan covers our service only.

Question 11

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

No. The URL analysis preview is free. Plans are paid from day one and you can cancel anytime.

Question 12

Can I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Yes, anytime, from your billing settings. Plans are monthly. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Question 13

How do upgrades and downgrades work?

Accepted Answer

Upgrades apply right away and Stripe charges the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period. If you have more active campaigns than the new plan allows, we pause the extras and tell you exactly which ones.

Question 14

What if a payment fails?

Accepted Answer

We email you and pause new ad creation until the card is updated. Update it in billing settings and everything picks up where it left off.

Question 15

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Nothing is deleted. Your reports and creatives stay readable; we stop creating new ads and managing campaigns. Want everything deleted? Email us.

Question 16

Do you copy competitors' ads?

Accepted Answer

Never. We pull out the underlying message — the promise, proof and offer — and write original creative around it. No competitor's copy, images or brand assets end up in your ads.

Question 17

Are you affiliated with OpenAI?

Accepted Answer

No. SecondWin is an independent service. ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI.
