What makes a good CTA?

It names what the visitor gets ("Get my routine") rather than what they do ("Submit"). Short, specific and low-friction usually wins.

Should the CTA match the ad?

Yes. If the ad promised a quiz, the button should say quiz. Matching the promise reduces bounce.

First person or second person?

Both work; test it. First person ("Start my trial") often edges out second person, but the outcome named matters more than the pronoun.
